Good reasons to write

• A data problem. Include the plan page link and what looks wrong. Our numbers come straight from the DOL filing, so it helps to check the original at efast.dol.gov first.
• Employers and plan sponsors. Grades are computed from your Form 5500. If a filing was wrong, an amended filing with the DOL will flow through to a later update. We can't change a grade by request or for payment.
• Press, research, and partnerships. Happy to talk. Partner relationships never affect grades (see our disclosure).
• Privacy requests under our privacy policy.
